It is clear to me and anyone who has eyesight that you only hire Latinos to work in the Los Angeles stores. Even if you did hire others in need of employment; they would not know what was going on because everyone is speaking in Spanish and the television is blaring on the Telemundo channel. It is very difficult to place your order if you don’t speak Spanish. You have to go through at least 2 people for translation. Why don’t you just hire English speaking people and show some diversity?
This is a serious matter that should be handled immediately. What is the reasoning for this unfair hiring practice? Racism comes to mind.
